The post office does a very good job of delivering packages on time. However, sometimes a package will take longer than expected to arrive. I cannot control USPS routing, guarantee a specific delivery day, or ensure that any special customer request (e.g., "place package on porch in shade") will be followed by the mail carrier. I can only estimate that your package should generally arrive within 3-7 business days from your order date. Please monitor tracking online using the link that will be provided in the email notification that you will receive once I ship your order. If you experience any problem with delivery, please contact your local postmaster for assistance.

  • I ship USPS First Class & Priority
  • ***Make sure your address is correct*** Items may get lost due to incorrect address. 

  • Holidays will cause packages to be delayed.

  • If your item has not arrived after 5-7 days, take your tracking number to your local Post Office. They will be able to provide more information.

Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds/exchanges requests are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order and ONLY if your order was damaged in shipping. Sometimes accidents happen, and and no matter how well I package up your order, USPS can be a little rough. Just go to my contact page and send me a message with details of the damage. Let me know if you'd like a refund or another similar piece created. Refunds/exchanges will not be accepting after 5 days of receiving your order.
